I began practicing yoga in 2011 as way to heal my body from years of sports injuries. After experiencing positive changes in my own body, I decided to start teaching to help others find healing for their bodies. I bring the discipline of the Rocket/Ashtanga/Universal Yoga with the freestyle of Vinyasa/Power to my classes. I encourage my students to find their edge through breath and focus. I have been teaching since 2015. For me, yoga is about the balance between strength and flexibility, exertion, and releasing. So, my classes combine both strength and mobility work in a dynamic, Rocket Vinyasa Flow style. Students expect to move, sweat, and breathe.
