Tingting is a lifelong nature lover and practitioner of yoga, who loves to explore the art of sharing happiness and freedom with others. She began her yoga journey 18 years ago in China. She obtained her RYT200 Yoga Alliance certification in 2018 and has more than 6 years of teaching experience.
From therapeutic to strength-based practices, Tingting believes in the transformative power of yoga. She has studied many different modalities which help influence her unique style of teaching; from Chinese Medicine, and Tai Chi, to the anatomy of Asana. She is passionate and driven to continuously learn and grow in her practice and teaching.
She is dedicated to empowering her students to find their potential and grow their abilities to learn from their own experiences. She believes by looking into the body, mind, and heart, we can develop in expressing joy and love.
