From a depressed flight attendant during COVID-19 to a self-motivated yoga practitioner, I found a way to share this energy with the people around me. After practicing yoga for some time, I began to notice both physical and mental transformations within myself. To acquire a deeper understanding of yoga, I pursued further education after completing my RYT 200-hour teacher training. I immersed myself in various aspects of yoga to enhance my proficiency. For instance, I attended a 100-hour Yin Yoga teacher training to integrate different approaches to meditation and breath practices (pranayama). I also took a Yoga Nidra workshop to learn how to help students bring their attention back to themselves. Additionally, I participated in clinical and kinetic anatomy workshops to understand how yoga poses scientifically affect the human body.


Beyond integrating the mental and physical benefits of yoga, I became fascinated with the yoga wheel as a tool for deepening asanas. This led me to complete a yoga wheel teacher training program so I could incorporate different elements into my yoga classes. My hope is that the joy, stillness, and happiness I've experienced through yoga can be shared with others, helping them find the same peace and fulfillment in their own lives.
