Born and raised in El Salvador. I am a certified yoga instructor and Reiki Master with a deep passion for guiding others on their journey toward holistic health and self-awareness. I received my teachings from Rishikesh, India—the birthplace of yoga. At the heart of my practice and teachings are the 8 limbs of yoga, which emphasize the profound connection between body, mind, and spirit. This approach views the human body as a holistic system, shaped by its environment and inner landscape, including thoughts and emotions.
Yoga has been a transformative force in my life, providing me with the tools to understand myself mentally, physically, and spiritually. It enhances my daily life and guides me through challenging times. These personal benefits fuel my passion to share yoga’s healing potential with others. With an Honor degree in Biology and Human Biology, I integrate science and wellness to create a balanced, mindful approach to yoga.
I believe yoga is for everyone and serves as a powerful tool for deep self-exploration. To me, well-being involves taking an active role in our healthcare, which stems from the choices we make every day—being conscious of our habits, thought patterns, and relationships with ourselves, food, exercise, and emotions. It also means developing effective coping mechanisms to manage stress. By fostering this awareness, I hope to empower individuals to make informed decisions about their health and well-being.
