Claire has been practicing yoga on and off since 2017, and aerial yoga since 2018. She started a deeper practice during the pandemic and found inner peace and balance in yoga. She then grows strong interest in yoga poses, so she starts to attend workshops to learn more about yoga anatomy, fascia lines and kinesiology and build strong awareness in safe practices. She has completed 200 and 300 hour yoga teacher training through Folk (formerly called Yoga Garden SF). Hence further build knowledge in not just asana but pranayama and more, developing the unity of body and mind. Her classes put emphasis on body and mind awareness, precision in anatomy, and safe practice through building students' proprioception.
