She also offers sessions on pranayama (breathing techniques), Yoga Nidra (guided meditation), and Sanskrit mantra chanting to provide a truly holistic experience.Anjali’s journey with yoga began in her teenage years, gently encouraged by her father. What started as a reluctant practice soon blossomed into a profound and central part of her life. In 2017, she made the courageous decision to leave her career as a computer engineer, choosing to follow her heart and pursue yoga full-time—a decision that has shaped her life and career since 2019.With over five years of teaching experience, Anjali is deeply committed to helping others experience the transformative power of yoga.
