We all have busy schedules that make it difficult to commit to an exercise and health program.  The Maximum Flexibility Package allows the most flexibility to schedule your package of classes you want with the instructor you want when it best suits your personal needs. This flexibility allows you to try different types of classes with the most flexible schedule so you can maximize your fitness efforts.  You can book a class at the time you want, and you are free to cancel up to 24 hours in advance.

Class Description

Ashtanga yoga is a kind of yoga where you do a set of poses in a specific order, moving smoothly from one pose to the next while breathing deeply. It's like following a choreographed dance routine, but with yoga poses. Ashtanga yoga helps you build strength, flexibility, and focus as you flow through the sequence. Benefits: - Strength: It makes your muscles stronger all over your body. - Flexibility: It helps you become more flexible by stretching your muscles and joints. - Less Stress: It helps you feel calmer and less stressed out. - More Endurance: It makes you able to keep going for longer without getting tired. - Better Focus: It helps you concentrate better and think more clearly. - Cleansing: It helps your body get rid of bad stuff and toxins. - Good Posture: It helps you stand and sit up straighter.

Cancellation Policy
